Greg recently agreed to help me train towards a marathon double, Boston and Big Sur in the USA. I had done marathons before but was on the comeback after an injury break in 2024. Greg’s training programme was tailored to my specific requirements, with only two targeted runs per week and allowing for a reasonably gentle build up to get my body used to longer mileage again. Greg followed up after every run to check how I felt and joined me on some of my workouts to see first hand how I was handling things. He was super positive and encouraging during the process and gave me confidence in my ability. I was over the moon to record a 3:36 at Boston and a 3:42 at Big Sur just six days later!. I now have the Sydney Marathon coming up in August and am looking to Greg again to tune me up for a marathon PB!

Under coach Greg’s expert advice I was able to reduce my marathon time from 3 hr 14 mins to 3hr 00, achieving my goal time.

Coach Greg was very approachable and responsive in regards to working with me to adapt my plan as required.

My next goal is achieve a Boston Marathon Qualifying time and I am confident I’ll achieve this under coach Greg’s guidance.
